Addiction To self

A TAT Foundation Virtual Retreat Saturday February 24, 2024

“Addiction begins with the hope that something ‘out there’ can instantly fill up the emptiness inside.”
– Jean Kilbourne

“The first step towards getting somewhere is to decide you’re not going to stay where you are.”
 – J.P. Morgan

In this one-day TAT Foundation online event, we explore two main questions: what is addiction? What is self? The day will feature speakers on spiritual Realization, interactive discussion, and small group inquiry sessions.

In a spirit of honest introspection, sincerity, and true perspective, we invite you to both listen and speak, sharing insights and challenges in pursuit of Realization.

Join newcomers, friends, and TAT members from around the world as we invite participants to turn their attention inward to the subtle yet powerful ways in which we may be addicted to our own narratives, thoughts, and identities.
